• Vehicle Information: Make, model, year, asking price, mileage, transmission, condition, photos, and general city/province location.
• Owner Contact Data (Confidential): Full name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, and preferred contact hours.
• Buyer Enquiries: Name, phone number, email address, and enquiry messages concerning specific vehicles.

4. Purpose of Processing

We process your information exclusively to:

• Review and prepare vehicle listings for potential publication.
• Coordinate communication between buyers and LeroyAutoLink administrators.
• Arrange verified vehicle viewings and assist with sales transactions.
• Maintain operational audit logs and prevent automotive fraud.
