1. Nature of the Service
LeroyAutoLink operates as an automotive sales facilitation and marketing platform connecting vehicle sellers with potential buyers in the Republic of South Africa. LeroyAutoLink does not guarantee a minimum sale price or a specific sale timeframe. Submissions are subject to administrative review and approval before being published.
2. Vehicle Submissions & Warranties by Seller
By submitting vehicle details to LeroyAutoLink, the owner represents and warrants that:
- They are the lawful registered owner of the vehicle or have bona fide legal authority to sell it.
- The vehicle is not stolen, cloned, or subject to undisclosed criminal proceedings.
- All mileage figures, accident histories, and mechanical disclosures are true and accurate.
3. Disclaimer of Financial and Warranty Services
Unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement, LeroyAutoLink is not a registered financial services provider, credit provider, or insurance underwriter. Vehicle transactions are conducted on a private sale basis ‘voetstoots’ subject to South African common law, unless statutory consumer protections explicitly apply.
4. Limitation of Liability
LeroyAutoLink shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from private vehicle viewing outcomes, bank clearance delays, or seller/buyer negotiations.
